The registration and booking form will be tailored and sent to you in an editable format for completion.

Once returned, I will read through it and correspond with you on any areas to address, such as, potentially, the time at which I would be able to make it to yours. Once the details are settled, I'll form a contract with the terms of service and relevant booking document within, as well as the bank details for the deposit and later payment to make the full amount. I will sign the agreement and send it to you for your signing.
 

On receipt of both the deposit payment and the signed contract, I will book you in and you can expect me to be there at the agreed time on the agreed date!
 

Prior to the contracted period, about a week before, I will ask whether there is anything to update me on.

A day before my arrival I will ask of any updates, too.
